For a new account or immediate dispatch, provide billing contact details and choose how Dew Point Mechanical should securely collect card authorization. Do not enter card numbers in this form.

MINIMUM DIAGNOSTIC DISPATCH

Minimum dispatch charge applies. New accounts require authorization before service.

Includes intake review, site attendance, initial diagnostics, and service notes. Repairs, parts, extended troubleshooting, and return visits are approved separately.

Security note: card numbers, CVV codes, and expiry dates are collected only through Stripe or direct authorized intake.
